- Managing existing business relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service is achieved
- Proactively communicating project results and outcomes with clients, providing advice and recommendations
- Co-ordination of internal teams
- Excellent communication skills working with business clients
- The ability to multi-task, co-ordinating a variety of projects at any one time
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- An analytical and questioning mind
