Currently recruiting for a great company with amazing products based on the outskirts of St Albans well-established and a market leader in their industry. Looking for a passionate customer service person to join their in-house team.

For the right candidate our client would also consider 30 hours a week!

Role

• Dealing with customer queries.
• Working to a shared inbox
• Process orders.
• Reporting
• Dealing with returns
• Updating in-house system
• Reporting
• General admin

Ideal candidate

• Strong customer service and equally passionate about customer care!
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible attitude
• Good IT skills
• Self-starter
